I have the same problem, twice now. I returned the first laptop to Micro Center 2 days after my purchase. The unit could no longer find WiFi signals. Micro Center replaced that laptop with a new unit out of their inventory. Now the second laptop has developed the same problem on the 6th day of use. I really like this laptop model;16 megs of ram , 1Tbyte ssd, Ryzen 7 cpu and it's very lightweight. I have ordered the Intel WiFi card recommended and hope to get the same results.

The Intel AX219NGW WiFi card corrected my problem. Screws are located below the rubber strips on the laptop bottoms (4 large and one small). Need to pull off rubber strips and raise the thick plastic dual-sided adhesive strips beneath the rubber to access the five screws. The bottom cover can then be removed with a spudger working around the perimeter opening the clasps connecting this bottom plate to the laptop.
