Hey everyone,

I have an HP Pavilion Entertainment Notebook dv4 that's been giving me some trouble. When I press the power button, the laptop seems to turn on (I can hear the fans and see the power lights), but the screen stays completely black. There’s no flicker or anything, just no display at all.

I've tried the usual things like removing the battery and holding the power button, but no luck. Has anyone faced a similar issue with this model? Any advice on what might be going on or how to fix it would be really appreciated!
