Product: HP Pavilion Gaming - 15-ec1024ax

I recently used factory reset on HP Pavilion Gaming 15-ec1024ax. After the reset the Camera driver is missing and I am unable to download driver. HP's suport softwares are saying there are no issues in my system and not showing any drivers for download. can anyone help me with a camera driver link.

As you can see no camera driver is present at all. I tried installing the generic one but that is never successful.

I have tried checking the hidden driver, not present there as well.

My laptop does not have any physical keys for a camera

No camera drivers also present in the website

I think it was HP HD Vision camera driver that was previously installed.

Please suggest a solution.

Also FYI,

Hp support assistant and HP Hardware diagnostics think that computer is updated and no drivers are missing.

Also tried factory reset still no result.

Double-click on Generic 1394 Desktop Camera in the Device Manager > Details > expand Copy hardware ID here

That's what I wanted to know 😉
