Hi!
Recently HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop 15-dk1058nw started to have a screen freeze issues.
It neither just freeze or turns black with fans working.
It happens only in Windows if I will go to BIOS I can be there for several hours.
I did RAM slots swap, taking them in/out
Laptop Hard Reset
New Hard Drive with freshly new Windows install
BIOS Recovery with updating to the latest version from USB Flash Recovery Bios
Checking fans are working properly
I can't run any diagnostics on PC, since screen is freezing completly during any kind of activity. I think i doesn;t run longer than 1minute after turning ON, sometimes even less.
Anyone is facing same problem and had/have a solution to resolve it ?
Im more than Happy to drop some more detailed informations if essential. I think that I pointed all things I have done so far, but i am open for new ideas.
Bios Version F.48 Latest from HP site.
Windows 10 (64x)
New 512gb Patriot Disk m.2 NVMe
I will much apriciate any help.
Kind Regards, Marcin
