HP Pavilion Gaming - 15-ec1001na

Hello,

So about 2 years ago I bought this  HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop 15-ec1xxx which came with a nvidia GTX 1650. About 6 months ago this GPU would not work whatsoever and in device manager it just said that there was an error with it.

I have tried:

Resetting BIOS

Installing latest BIOS settings

Restarting the Laptop

Resetting the laptop

Installing drivers for the GPU and the laptop

uninstalling the GPU and then restarting the laptop.

The problem started when i was using windows 10 and i have now upgraded to windows 11 and it hasn't changed the problem at all

Nothing so far has made and difference and I'm hoping somebody here can help me. If you have any ideas at all please share since I am all out of options and i definitely dont have the money to get a new laptop.

Many thanks
