Product Name : HP Pavilion 15-cs2082tx
Product Number: 7EW28PA
Warranty: Active
I have Replaced my original laptop battery by the HP Support Team ( Technician Visit to my home ),
After the Replacement, I have done the Battery Calibration .
But , The battery is NOT CHARGING FULLY ( 100% )
That is I AM NOT ABLE TO CHARGE MY LAPTOP TO 100%, IT ALWAYS SHOWS 99% & CHARGING AFTER CHARGING FOR 2-3 HOURS
ALSO, I AM NOT ABLE TO GET THE WHITE INDICATOR LIGHT WHEN THE BATTERY IS FULLY CHARGED
IT IS ALWAYS SHOWING ORANGE COLOUR .
Solved! Go to Solution.
Accepted Solutions

Hello BHARGAVA_B_U
1) Open
Windows Device Manager
>> Batteries
>> right-click Microsoft ACPI Compliant Control Method Battery
>> click Uninstall device and confirm
(2) Then shutdown your notebook, plugin your AC adapter, charge and and wait 2 hours (don't start your operating system!)
(3) Start your notebook operating system, Windows will automatically reinstall it, no worry.
(4) Now the battery is calibrated and your system should work more stable.
That's it.
Please report your results.
best regards
