What is HP update software utility. I tried to download it from Hp update tools but it says failed to download. 

My mousepointer moves here and there autometically while using from mousepad but works fine when use mouse.

I don't know what the HP update software utility is.

 

If you installed the touchpad driver, I wouldn't know why the mouse pointer is doing that.

 

I have heard of that happening sometimes if there is a hardware issue, such as the palmrest pressing on the touchpad.
