HP Pavilion Gaming - 15-dk0048nb
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

I'v been having issues with my battery and i would like to replace it but i'm not sure what exact battery is compatible.

I'v used the HP part store with the serial number of my device to find compatible battery's but i'm getting 10 different options with very different shapes and sizes some even external "click in" battery's which i'm almost certain aren't compatible.

So my question is what exact battery do i need? (screenshot below)

@Arne19,

Welcome to our HP User Forum!

I am reasonably certain that your HP Pavilion Gaming - 15-Dk0048nb (6TB22EA) according to: https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-pavilion-gaming-15-dk0000-laptop-pc/26122224/document/c06513..., requires the HP L48495-005 ("3-cell, 52.5 Wh Li-ion polymer PG03XL") replacement battery.

Quality PG03XL replacement batteries are readily available online.  This is what your laptop battery should look like:

In the United States, I would recommend this option: Amazon.com: ASODI PG03XL 52.5Wh HSTNN-DB9G Laptop Battery Compatible with HP Pavilion Gaming 15-DK 1....

However, for Amazon Netherlands, this replacement battery link appears to be applicable: Vvsialeek PG03XL PG03 64.68Wh Laptop Batterij Compatibel voor HP TPN-Q168 HSTNN-LB7C 831532-421 : Am....

Regardless, you can easily determine if the PG03XL battery is what you need.  To that end, please open the back case of your laptop and check out the exact part number of your laptop's original battery and look at the shape before placing your order.

Hope this was helpful.

@Arne19,

Please note: The Dutch Amazon link says that their battery is the "64.68Wh" version (which is "Type B" and has a different shape), even though their pictures (see below) actually show the "Type A" battery which you likely need, with the 52.5Wh classification.
