Wondering if there is any possibility of getting a boardview and schematic for this motherboard in order to replace a blown capacitor preventing power on. For reference, the capacitor is C392, and the board is 40-AB7400-E/41-GAB7x00-E.

AMD A6-3400M (AMD Radeon HD 6520G) 4 @ 1.4Ghz
2x Corsair Vengeance 8GB DDR3

Current boot status: Blink code 1 with Brand New A6-3400M.

P.S.: Thank you to HP for an amazing nearly 12 years with this laptop!

Makes sense, but then how is it that there are boardviews and schematics for so many other HP notebooks, including other DV5, DV6, DV7, and DV8 models? I found a schematic for a c.2011 dv6 model with the Intel board in it, the 41GAB-6200-X boards, for example. Just can't find the one for this particular board...

If HP is not publishing them, how are people getting them?
