Please can someone tell me if this model can have a ram upgrade or if the RAM is soldered to the motherboard. Also can it support PCIE SSD or M.2. There is absoutly no information on the internet and the link to the manual from HP goes to a error page. Some help would be greatly appreciated :))) thank you

Hi! @Tman1816, Thanks for stopping by HP forums!
I understand you need to know whether the RAM can be upgraded on your laptop.
Don't worry I will try to help you out.
Please provide the serial number of your laptop in a private message to assist your better.
I have checked the records and you can update the memory on your laptop to a max of 16GB.
Since there are two memory slots on your laptop, you have to use 8GB and 8GB on two slots to have the maximum memory.
Also, the hard drive shipped with the laptop is SATA. There is no M.2 SSD drive available for your laptop.
Hope this helps!
Have a great day ahead! 🙂
