I have an HP Pavilion x360 Convertible 11m-ad0xx
It has the factory ram memory and I want to upgrade it .
The actual Ram is 4MB and I want to know what are my options (Memory size) to upgrade and what is the top RAM that can be installed.
Thanks for your comments.

@amoralesc Welcome to HP Community!
I understand that you would like to upgrade the RAM.
I have checked the manual(page number 1)
One SODIMM memory module slot, non-customer-accessible/non-upgradable Support for up to 8 GB of system memory DDR4-2400 single channel support (DDR4-2666 downgrade to DDR4-2400) DDR3L-1600 single channel support Supports the following conƭgurations
8192 MB (8192 MB × 1) or 4096 MB (4096 MB × 1)
It is having one memory slot you can use up to 8GB RAM.
RAM is not a user-accessible part. I would suggest you contact our phone support and check for the support option. They will help you.
Here is how you can get in touch with phone support.
1)Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/
2)Select the product type.
3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.
4)Select the country from the drop-down.
5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
We are experiencing longer than expected wait times to reach an agent due to the CoViD-19 impact and there might have been issues in you getting the expected resolution on the issue.
