HP Pavilion x360 Laptop - 14t-dh200 CTO

I purchased a new laptop for my daughter in Sept 2020.  By January 2021, the battery was acting funny.  I contacted HP and sent in the laptop for battery replacement.

A few months ago, I noticed two things.  First, the battery was acting weird again.  Second, one of the screws holding the back cover in place had come off.  I tried to contact HP regarding the battery, but because my system is out of warranty, I could not get the battery looked at again.  I thought there should be a one year warranty on a new battery replacement.

Second, I purchased a new screw but it looks like the plastic casing on the inside is broken, so the screw is useless.  I feel frustrated.  I thought HP was a high quality PC company.  I am so annoyed with this laptop.

Welcome to the HP support community.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.

Thank you for visiting the HP Support Community.

Cheers.
