Hi, trying to get my daughter's Pavilion back up and running as she needs it for nursing in Australia. It was powered down for a while, but when plugged in recently, no LED light at the power jack, and not turning on. Did a search and was able to test the power adapter (19.5V available), tested the power jack and got 19.5V at the connector BUT not getting it at the motherboard side - is this a motherboard failure?
I have added a few pics to explain also.
Any advice is greatly appreciated.
