Product: HP Pavilion x360 m convertible

purchased wha ti was told was an HP Original battery replacement and installed on the board closed up the laptop started it up and i cannot get rid of or clear the couterfeit battery check error that comes up prior to start up of the system.  I have tried to do a "Hard Reset", battery test, update bios thru the web site, update thru windows update and when i go to hp support it does not give me an option for windows 11.  This is for an elderly fmaily membe on limited income and i believe that she upgraded to win 11 with out asking first.  Any help would be greatly appreciated to clear this start up error message.  I have also run system diagnostics by entering that menu at start up pressing esc key and entering in to the system diagnostics as well.  There has to be a work around especailly due to all the ocuterfeiters out there today and especially since HP Parts had no battery foer this laptop available to be purchased.
