So I changed my SATA M.2 SSD 128GB Samsung to a NVMe M.2 SSD 1 TB P3 PCIe Gen3 3D NAND Crucial

and i backed up my files onto the new one and when I start up my laptop with the NVMe M.2 it says with a blue screen “Automatic Repair, Your PC did not start correctly, restart or advanced options. I have tried restarting it multiple times and it doesn’t change anything.

You will probably have to clean install Windows in the NVMe SSD.

SATA drives use a different drive controller than a NVMe drive does, so that is probably why Windows can't boot up.
