I'm trying to find memory to upgrade this laptop to 32Gb
As far as I could see online, the motherboard only supplies 1.2v to the memory banks.
I am interested in upgrading to 32Gb (2 x 16Gb) with the following specs (which I belive are compatible):
3200Mhz DDR4 SO-DIMM 1.2v CL16 or CL18 Un-buffered
The problem is that I am trying everywhere and I can't find anything because I can read that CL16 requires the motherboard to supply 1.35v.
I currently have 2x DIMM1: SK hynix HMA81GS6DJR8N-XN which is CL22
Can someone please help? I can't find help anywhere!!!!
Any brand/memory banks more advisable?
Thanks in advance!

You should install standard DDR4-3200 CL22 like the memory chip HP installed in your notebook.
Something like this...

Not possible something a bit faster like CL20 or CL18 with 1.2v?
Also the sizes are a strugle as the size of the SO-DIMM should be with the same specs and they are slightly different.
What are the maximum sizes the memory banks can hold?

I wouldn't recommend using a faster timing memory chip.
If the BIOS can't automatically adjust to the faster timings, the notebook won't boot up and you have no way to go in and make any adjustments, but that's up to you.
Chapter 1 of the service manual indicates the max memory is 2 x 8 GB.
Maintenance and Service Guide (hp.com)
The Crucial memory company indicates the model series will support 2 x 32 GB of memory.

You can run this command to see how much memory your notebook can support:
1. In the search box, search for cmd and click Run as administrator.
This will open the command prompt.
2. After the command prompt is opened, type wmic memphysical get maxcapacityEx and press the Enter key.
There, it will show the maximum RAM capacity your PC's motherboard can support.
The capacity is shown as Kilobytes, so you have to convert it to Gigabytes by dividing the number provided in the report by 1,048,576.
