I have been using this laptop for 3+ years now and I am having a big issue relating to power (battery). The first battery got a small capacity and it was close to non existent when laptop won't even start without AC adapter plugged in, then during its deterioration I could hear screeching noises from inside the laptop as well as screen flickering but you can't notice it coz it's too fast and light. During this screeching laptop will have very low fps. Then after sometime while battery was still kind of working a little bit, it would happen that after a certain percentage my laptop would start lagging, videos won't play, applications won't work properly. At first the percentage was ~15% so if it got lower than that , it would do this. But after sometime it would do this at 100% as well and that is when the laptop would shut down almost as soon as I took out my charger. 
I bought a new battery, and for somedays it worked quite well, but again everything repeated itself and this time very quickly and my new battery died faster than the first one. I bought a third battery and also got my motherboard changed and the battery just showed the same symptoms and is doing the same thing. I don't know what to do, I am totally sick of this I have spent so much money on this laptop, changed the motherboard to a brand new one, re installed windows and all the drivers and don't forget the three battery replacements. 
Please help me, I have run the Hardware Power diagnostics and it shows me this Failure ID: 94SPKD-A58A9E-MFPX6K-C08003.

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are facing issues with the battery on the computer.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

Did you purchase the battery from HP?

 

Meanwhile, I checked the failure ID you have shared, and it suggests that the battery on the computer is bad and needs replacement.

 

Having said that, I recommend you update the BIOS from the below link and check if it helps.

 

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp106001-106500/sp106009.exe

 

NOTE: Update the BIOS only if you have replaced the motherboard with the exact same one which was shipped with the computer.
