I bought a HP Pavillion X360 laptop in 2017 with 3 years warranty (Standard warranty + Care Pack) which is a great product from HP. My laptop has a big battery issue where it can not withstand a single charge for more than 25 minutes of usage. Also it doesn't charge 100%. It max out below 75% and says (connected, not charging). This is a serious issue and I want my battery to be replaced. I also have 6 months of warranty remaining and my care pack ends in August 2020 only.
When I headed to a nearby HP store, a representative from HP store asked for the bill copy which I don't have. Even though, he said that the Battery cannot be replaced under extended warranty.
As per https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c05843717 HP site, it is revealed that the battery of my laptop can be replaced under extended warranty or Care pack. So, Hp officially states that my laptop battery can be replaced under warranty till Care Pack date ends.
I kindly request technical team and Support persons from HP to resolve the issue to me by providing how to replace my laptop battery under the warranty (or) Care pack and I also want to know where to approach for battery replacement under warranty. Please also direct me to the solution.😊
