I bought an HP Pen. I understood it was compatible with the HP Spectre x360. I have had it for a number of weeks and I have been able to get it working or get any customer service from HP. I have made numerous calls and sent many emails. There customer service is very difficult to make contact with. I have spent and wasted hours waiting to get through. I have asked them to call me but they do not respond. They just want to close the ticket without talking to me. I am thinking I might have to go to the ACCC here in Australia. Very frustrated.
