I just bought the HP Active Stylus Pen and it's not connecting to my HP Envy x360. There aren't any buttons on the pen except the two unlabled ones on the side. All the manual says to do is put the battery in and tap the tip on any surface and it should turn on, but I'm not sure if it is turning on and I can't get it to show up on the bluetooth device sensor on my laptop.
Is there something I'm missing?

Not every Envy X360 has the digitizer in screen to work with an active pen/stylus. And not all pen/stylus work with every model.
Which Envy X360 do you have? Easiest way to get that info- minimize all open windows so you can see desktop screen. Next hold the fn key and press esc key.

The pen in Settings menu is part of Windows and is not an indication.
