I am currently considering upgrading the WLAN card in my HP ProBook 440 G6 to Wi-Fi 6E. Could you please assist me in identifying a compatible Wi-Fi 6E card for this laptop?

Hi:

Chapter 3 of the service manual shows no supported Wi-Fi 6 or 6E cards available.

Maintenance and Service Guide HP ProBook 440 G6 Notebook PC

If your notebook has either one of these cards currently installed...Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 9560 or the Realtek RTL8822BE 802.11AC adapter, and if you want to experiment with a Wi-Fi 6E card, I recommend this model which has a very good chance of working:

Intel AX210 Wi-Fi 6E 2x2 AX + Bluetooth 5.2 M.2 2230 non-vPro   HP part # M27269-005.

If your notebook has the Realtek RTL8821CE 802.11ac Wi-Fi adapter, you cannot upgrade to a better card unless you order the dual antenna kit listed in chapter 3 of the service manual, and completely disassemble the notebook including the display bezel to properly install and route the second antenna wire.
