Good Morning,
I'm hoping someone can help with with the touchpad issue I'm having across multiple devices.
I've currently go around five HP probook 450 G7's that are having a problem with the right click. The right click on the touchpad has stopped working. I've tried uninstalling the HID Compliant touchpad in device manager and rebuilding the laptop.
I've been troubleshooting on multiple devices although the initial device which had the problem I'd tried switching the hardware out as at that point I didn't realise the problem was affecting multiple devices.
Now I know it multiple machines having the problem I'm suspecting its an update which caused the problem. The devices are on windows 10 although I've tried updating to windows 11 to see if it made any difference but it has not unfortunately.
The touchpad works fine aside from the right click. I can "right click" by tapping the touch pad with two fingers.
Given how many machines I've got having the problem I'd assume the issue is affecting lots of people but I haven't been able to find anything clearcut online unfortunately.
Hopefully there is an easy solution someone can help me with.
Thank you.
