I followed all the options stated in this post but still i have the same error.

- near the ac adapter plugin orange light blinks continously

- i have uninstalled battery drivers many times

- reset bios to defaults but i have not tried this "Reset BIOS security to factory"

- Also when i click the battery icon it shows "No battery present"

 

Can anyone please help me

The most likely explanation is that the battery has gone bad and needs to be replaced.

I replaced the battery assuming it was drianed out.

 

All the above steps were done with new battery

Where did you buy the new battery and is it a genuine HP or an aftermarket? Happens sometimes that new batteries are defective. If that is not the case here, I am afraid its likely to be something much more serious.

I purchased this battry from HP genuine spare part online store

You need to make a claim for the battery. Either the battery is defective or the motherboard of the laptop is.
