Hi. I'm not having any luck detecting my new battery for my HP Envy m6 running windows 10. I've tried removing power, battery, power down and restart. I've tried removing Microsoft ACPI-Complient Control Method Battery from device manager and restarting. I've tried resetting BIOS to default settings. I did a look for updates in the HP Support Assistant but it says there are no updates. All I can think of is that the battery is not a HP original and even though the website I bought it from says it is compatible it is not. Any ideas.
Thanks
