Hello dear HP users,
I have a HP probook 450 G5 and since I have to switch from my working place to other places around the office/town often, I figured a docking station would be a great addition to my arsenal of items.
I gotten myself a HP elite USB C dock TPA 801 with P/N: 841575-001.
When plugging it in through the USB C port it does charge, which is already pretty great. Unfortunately, the dock is not recognized by my laptop and therefore non of the USB items I plug into it (mouse, internet etc) seem to work.
I have the feeling myself that the problem might lay in some driver and therefore I did download and install a bunch of these but without any success.
Anyone might know of a solution to this problem?
Cheers,
Patrick

Hello Banhien,
Mine has 4 USB ports, an ethernet input, a HDMI, Displayport and an audio jack.
I therefore assume it is not the one in the link you have provided.
The one in the link below seems to have the same ports etc. still not sure if is exactly this one but this was one of the first hits I did get when I searched.
