HP Recommended

The heaviest work this laptop did was video editing months ago. It only recently started being a bleep and apparently overheating when I put it on a pillow. This is the second time it decided to malfunction. The first time it happened, I unscrewed its bolts but I can't get one out so I can't clean the fans. And I cried over it then it started working. Now my mom is yelling at me over it asking what did I install. All of the applications in that laptop were verified. It's not used daily.
