Hello,

I have a Probook 635 Aero G8 and one of the rubber feet has come off and the other one is showing signs it's coming off too. Where could I get replacement parts for it or is there a part number I'm not aware off for this? I tried looking it up in the hp parts finder, but no luck.

Obtaining Replacement Parts for HP ProBook 635 Aero G8

To obtain replacement rubber feet for your HP ProBook 635 Aero G8, you can follow these steps:

  1. Visit HP's Official Parts Store:
  2. You can access the HP Parts Store by visiting HP Parts Store. This platform provides genuine HP parts and accessories.

  3. Use Your Model Number:

  4. Use the model number of your notebook, which is HP ProBook 635 Aero G8, to locate the exact part you need. A model number ensures accurate results when searching.

  5. Contact HP Support:

  7. Visit the HP support website at HP Support and navigate to the "Contact Support" section to get in touch with a representative.

  8. Authorized Service Providers:https://support.hp.com/in-en/help/service-center

  9. Another option is to contact an authorized HP service provider. They will have access to service guides and could assist you in sourcing the correct part.

I hope this helps.
