Hello, there are several threads like this but forum rules insist on creating a new one instead of using existing.
I have exactly the same problem as described here:
My laptop on Windows 10 22H2 charges for a couple of seconds, then stops doing that unless I unplug and plug the cable, then everything repeats.
I have the latest drivers installed via HP Support Framework and ran tests using HP Hardware Diagnostics that say that my battery and adapter are fine.
Also I have Linux Mint as second OS on the same machine, and battery works perfectly fine there. So it is definitely not hardware or bios problem. Something in Windows itself or the driver is causing this behavior, but I could not get what.
Be alert for scammers posting fake support phone numbers and/or email addresses on the community.
