I need help!!! HP Repair Escalation immediately! I got an email from the repair center telling me to call if I had questions and the number does not work! I have tried the following numbers: [Personal Information Removed]. Either they don't work or there is no one who can answer my question about my repair. I need to speak to the repair center so I can authorize the charge for the repair. I have been bounced around between transfer to transfer and cannot get anyone who actually knows anything or is able to authorize the charge.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
