HP Scanjet 7400c Scanner series  Products  have been retired and are no longer supported by HP. All official HP support content for these products has been removed from this web site. Can you help me to find the way how to do to use the product.  Thank you.

With what computer and what OS do you want to use it? You might get it to work with generic TWAIN scanner drivers:
