I have just purchased a monthly subscription to HP SmartFriend Services. I have the following problems:
1. I have received no confirmation email at all regarding my payment or the support package I have purchased.
2. I have received no instructions on how to access the services.
3. Some information I have (since purchasing the subscription) scraped from the web and phone messages imply that it is only available to customers in the US. I live in the UK. When I bought the subscription, I saw nothing on your sales pages that indicated that it was not available to UK customers and on your webform (for purchasing the subscription) it even accepted UK as an option.
4. I have rung two HP support numbers, but get bounced around and left with nothing other than an auto message suggesting that I ring a US number for HP SmartFriend Support.
What I want to know is:
1. whether, and how, I can access HP SmartFriend Support; and
2. exactly how I can cancel the monthly subscription if and when I need to.
