HP SoftPaq Download Manager in version 4.4.0.0 is not able to update Conexant HD Audio Driver 2015 to newer version 10.0.3690.113 REV: Q PASS: 5. (SoftPaq # 92176).

The update starts and is executed. A message appears that a reboot is required.

But after reboot and restart of the SoftPaq Download Manager the same component is shown again in the list of software to be updated.

Have somebody else same issue and found a solution for this?

All other drivers including BIOS are on the latest version as of today.

Have you checked the driver version in Device Manager to see if it updated and perhaps is simply a glitch in SDM that it is still showing?

In Device Manager I see 9.0.163.0 for Conexant ISST Audio installed. Not sure if this is the same device as listed with the name "Conexant HD Audio Driver 2015" in SDM and offering 10.0.3690.113 REV: Q PASS: 5 driver version.

The driver is available from your Support page. Download and Save it. Uninstall the other in Device Manager-right click -uninstall to remove the older driver. After uninstalling it double click the downloaded file to run it.

Not working, I get FAILURE (0x1) from installer displayed.
