Recently, I have been trying to update my HP drivers (from the official website.) Every time I download and install an available drivers, I go back to the website and it says that the drivers were never downloaded and tries to get me to download them again. It is getting annoying and has never happened before, what should I do?

Hello @FinnL08 

 

(1) Temporarily disable any installed Adblock browser plugins for the HP site to be able to detect your device and download the drivers.

(2) Try different browser

- Microsoft Edge

- Google Chrome

- Mozilla Firefox

I changed the browser and it still didn’t work, what should i do now. (my laptop is just being laggy now)

I want the check your current system configuration.

 

(1) Run    msinfo32

- Select <System Summary>:

--->>> copy/paste to following key/value pairs:

 

OS Name

Version

System Model

System SKU ( equals HP product number (p/n) )

BIOS Version/Date

 

(2) Start windows <device manager>

- Expand <Disk drives>

- Expand <Display adapters>

- Expand <Network adapters>

--->>> Send screenshot
