HP Spectre x360 Convertible 15
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hi, I purchased my HP Spectre in July 2018. Everything was working fine until about a month ago.  First the front of the computer, below the mouse, started snapping in/out of place. And now, the bottom plastic panel looks like it expanded and the  computer is detaching from the sides.  When popped back into place, they just pop out again.   All the screws are in place and tight.  The computer is literally slowing coming apart.  It is out of warranty so I'm wondering if anyone else has issues with poor case design?  And if so, what did you do to correct it? Thanks.

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, As we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now.

I would request you to reach out to our Support and our Support Engineers should be able to check the available service options in order to diagnose the computer physically. HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link: www.hp.com/contacthp/

Please feel free to contact us here anytime you need any further assistance. Please click “Accept as Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution.

Thanks for the suggestion.  I'll remove the bottom and take a look.
