Hello,
I'd like to replace the hard drive on my HP Spectre 360, model 13-4197dx. When I check my notebook product number (V8T98UA#ABA) on the the HP cloud recovery check website, the website reports that cloud recovery is not available for my notebook.
What options are available for me to replace the hard drive? Should I download windows 10 from microsoft?

Hi:
Yes, I recommend that you use the Microsoft media creation tool to create a bootable W10 installation flash drive and then install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.
I double checked your notebook's product number and also got the same result...not supported.
That is odd because the cloud recovery info is listed on your notebook's support page, usually indicating it would be supported.
