Much like this thread I found, https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebook-Hardware-and-Upgrade-Questions/HP-Spectre-X360-15inch-Battery..., I have a problem with my battery expanding and damaging my Spectre x360 15-bl012dx. Though the laptop is currently functioning, the battery continues to expand and I am afraid it will not function much longer. This was an expensive laptop that I did not expect to have such a gross manufacturing defect, and it is my primary work laptop.
I saw that one user had their laptop (same model) fixed by HP within a week. To that end, could someone connect me with the relevant HP team?
Thanks!

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information such as serial numbers and case details.
