Product: HP Spectre x360
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After 2 years my HP Spectre x360 motherboard burned. In the middle of the night, I noticed an electrical smell. In the morning my laptop was not operating.  I went to an authorized HP service provider & was told it would cost $750 to replace the burned motherboard. I'm outraged. I paid $1500 for this laptop. As a small business entrepreneur  I desperately need a quality & reliable notebook. This will be my first & last HP product purchase.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
