HP Spectre x360 Convertible 13-ae0xx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have been using HP Spectre for 4 months yet problems are coming one by one. The problems are :

  • Overheating laptop -> Caused keyboard popped out as in the photo20181212_093346.jpg
  • Adapter is making noise whenever the laptop almost fully charged (I have the recording)
  • When charging, the electricity can be felt along the laptop's case

I came to HP Service center in Taikoo Shing, HK since I was in HK at that time. They knew and understood the problem, they ready to give me the replacement, but I'm not a customer of HP HK so that I need to repair my laptop back in my country, Indonesia. When I come back to Indonesia,  I called the service center and they said "Machines made by human, so there may be human error". What kind of answer is this ????? I'm really really mad at this point. Then I came to the service center, stated all the problems, and they said OK, they will repair it ALL. What did I expect : FULL REPAIR. In reality : A DISASTEROnly the keyboards were replaced. I did remind them that I'm living in HK which I need a full check and repair to my laptop (which they had wrote all of the problems in the description). Also, there's another problem appeared which is the touchpad isn't well positioned. It feels like it's not well positioned which make it harder to left click or right click. Laptop overheat even easily, the fan spinning even faster, CPU ONLY 2%, not charging.  The service center is FAR AWAY and in a HEAVY TRAFFIC area. Yes, there is pickup and deliver service BUT OUTSIDE WORKING HOURS (like 10PM). Can you imagine how disturbing all of this problems. I'm really dissapointed and angry.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

If you are unfamiliar with how the Support Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.
