Spectre 360

I've had my Spectre computer for a while now and it works fine. I wanted to use an HP pen that (according to the webpage) is compatible with my computer, but the pen is not working. I tried 2 different HP pen, but neither worked. I had an old genetic stylus and the touch screen worked. I don't get why I can't write with my HP pen. The touch screen works fine. The pen works fine with a different computer. What could the issue be?

Hello @angien0506,

A specific model name or product number would be appreciated. E.g. HP Spectre x360 - 13-ap0028ca or 5MT98UA#ABL

Information on how to find a laptop's model name or product number is detailed in this HP document. (Please do not post serial numbers on the HP Support Community. The difference between a product number and a serial number is that the product number contains a # sign)

Furthermore, what is the exact model of the HP Pen? Is it just called HP Pen?

Kind regards,

Eddy

I figured it out. My pen tip was bent and then broke off.  I started using a microsoft pen that someone lent me  and it worked just fine. I got another HP pen and that too works fine. My question is now to replace the tip of my first HP pen with the replacements I got.
