Just 2 weeks after the warranty expired, the rubber strips on the back were dislocated. Very disappointed.

@GregZZZ I assure you, the fact that your warranty ran out, has nothing to do with the rubber strip popping out, besides, there's nothing that can't be fixed: Click here to view a solution to a similar issue.
And I recommend you provide the complete product number so I can get you the service and maintenance guide relevant to your device.

I have on a couple of occasions spent the best part of an hour searching for a place I can easily find these replacement parts to no avail...
Having spent a large amount on what is otherwise a very good laptop, ideally HP should be sending out these rubber strips for free as it is clearly a design flaw, at least it should be much much easier and cheap to find the replacement part.
My my model number is 13-ae005na please could someone from HP send me a direct link to the right part?
I shouldn’t have to be spending hours searching or fiddling about with a double sided tape temporary fix when I’ve spent £1300 on a smart laptop!
Many thanks for some specific, direct and uncomplicated help!
