Product: HP Spectre x360 - 15-bl012dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop will work while it is plugged in but the battery will not charge-it stays at 0%
I have tried to run the battery health troubleshooter but it will not run because there is no charge in the battery. I have also tried unplugging and holding the power button to reset (as I have seen suggested in other posts) to no avail.

Any other suggestions?  The power cord comes out pretty easily which is not convenient when I am working and the computer just shuts off immediately.
