Can anyone advise of how to replace or what type of company will replace my c- ports on my device? both have bent pins inside and will not charge anymore

Those ports are soldered and requires tools and experience to replace
Try taking to a shop and see if one of the ports can be repaired enough to be used then put a magnetic adapter like this

They work nicely but if loose you may want to use tape or adhesive to keep it from being pulled out.

@erico beat me to it and he is correct, the cost of repair might exceed the cost of replacement motherboard.

I suspect that you mean to say USB Type-C ports.
The USB ports (type A & C) are soldered onto the system board. Replacing them would either be a system board replacement or done at a laptop shop capable of component level soldering. Most shops decline that type of repair in favor of a system board replacement.
If you are in California, try Northridgefix. The shop does component level repair. You can see their work on YouTube.
