HP Spectre x360 15-eb0002nc

Dear all,

I am planning to purchase HP Spectre x360 15-eb0002nc. It has 2 USB-C ports that I am planning to use to power the laptop. Honestly, I am quite confused regarding all the descriptions and I would specifically like to ask about this model. Can I use 90W (HP) or 100W (3rd party) USB-C power adaptors? (I know it comes with 135W AC adaptor but perhaps it can live with less powe when in saving mode).

I already hace HP SPectre x350 15 ch002nc (that somes with 150W adaptor) and the USB-C charging works just fine with that one and I am just wondering whether I coud do the same with the eb0002nc. Anyhow, please, help?

It requires  150 W AC power adapter, you need a charger with wattage rating 150W or over otherwise it only charges your machine during deep sleep of off.

Hello, thanks very much for the reply, I gave ch002nc as an example where it does work fine. The question was about eb0002nc that requires 135W, will it work at all on USB-C charger? Thanks in advance.

Dear all, while I got some helpful messages, I still need some help here. Please, is it possible to get an answer to the following question:

"Does HP Spectre x360 15 EB0002NC support USB-C power delivery (in the direction external USB-C charger->laptop) at all?"

Thanks very much in advance. If someone additionally knows whether a 90W HP USB-C adaptor will deliver enough power to at least prolong the battery life of the laptop and charge it in a sleep mode at least, that would also help.

Thanks again

Hello, thanks for the reply. The point is that I am NOT asking about HP Sepectre x360 15-ch002nc - I gave that one just as an example with which the USB-C power delivery works fine.

I am rather asking about HP Spectre x360 15 eb0002nc that I am planning to buy as a replacement of the above one.
