HP 360 Model 13
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I purchased this laptop in 2018 and it’s disheartening to see/hear that this particular model computer is having these issues because if I would have known I definitely would not have considered purchasing this particular system. Nonetheless, the only issues I’ve had up until now is the charger dying and the adapter cable not being as accessible as other models in local stores. However, a few days ago in the middle of me working on my dissertation my computer showed signs that it needed to be charged, so I did so. Then after about a half hour I saw that it was not longer indicating that it was charging, so, once again I ordered a new cord, thinking that yet another died. After receiving the cord in the mail and plugging it up to my surprise the laptop is still not working. The laptop showed no lights or signs of life , which was strange considering it was just working fine a few days ago. I googled different steps regarding attempting a hard reset, to no avail. I’m lost as to what I should do next because I have valuable files I need on this system to complete my research and writing for school. Does anyone have any suggestions that would be helpful? Thank you in advance.

I purchased spectre X360 in December 2018. It stopped charging at 76% 2 days ago. Without power the battery drained to 11%. Whenever I pulled the power cord, the laptop is dead without shutting down. After I updated the bios, the laptop can’t be turned on. Any suggestions for this issue?
