HP Spectre x360 - 13t-aw000 CTO

My HP Specter x360 has stopped charging from one of my usb c ports. There is also a burning smell coming from the charging ports. I've tried with a different power supply as well and still no luck. My device is out of warranty but this is not expected from a laptop like HP. Especially when I spent good money on it. There are other people complaining about the same issue. So, it appears to be a common one. Even if my computer is out of warranty there needs to be something done! This is a safety hazard. I do not want my computer's mother board or other components to be compromised as well.

Hi @MikaylaW,

Welcome to the HP support community.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
