Hi,
I have written earlier in this forum (see here: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebook-Hardware-and-Upgrade-Questions/HP-Spectre-x360-hardware-quali...).
The problem is with the quality of the build of my laptop. I am using my laptop on a daily basis and when working with it, the lower right and left corners are making crackling sounds when i put my palm/hand on it while typing. Also, when adjusting the angle of the screen, there is a crackling sound from the right hinge.
I have brought my laptop to a warranty service previously and they "fixed" it. Two weeks later all the same problems appeared again. Since I need my laptop on a daily basis, I can't afford to take it to the service again for two weeks, especially knowing that the last time didn't really help.
The question is - is this something that can actually be repaired? Or it is a design flaw, because the laptop is very thin and not intended for a daily use (!) ? Maybe I just got a laptop from a bad batch and it's just defected?
Any insight on this would be very welcome!
Thank you!

They actually got back to me. First time a country representative contacted me via e-mail and asked me to forward her the documents give by the warranty service. After she received them, she said that the case is closed and she won't do anything. Now I have been contacted through a private message by the HP support staff, let's see where this goes...
