Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP Spectre x360 2in1 (Model# 15-BL112DX)-

Bought the laptop in 2017 and was working fine until suddenly it won't turn on today.

Details- The laptop won't  turn on even though the power button is on. I also see the Caps lock light blinking (5 long blinks followed by 3 rapid blinks).

Can someone help please on how to get the laptop to turn on.

This is a Hardware issue, please contact HP Support for Service Options

 

Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ and select your Country to get the Contact details for HP Support
