Hi guys I desperately need to order a new keyboard for my laptop. The serial number is [edit]. I've taken it to a local repair shop and they said the bar that connects the tablet portion to the keyboard is unrepairable and that I should just order a new one. So I am trying to find a link or at least a compatible one for this model. PLEASE HELP!

I contacted support and they said they only thing they are able to supply me with is a power cord and that they do not know why you suggested that I could order a keyboard, needless to say this didn't resolve my issue.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
Thank you for visiting the HP Support Community.
