HP Stream 11
Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

Hello, a few months back I tried to upgrade my HP Stream 13 for Windows 10, somehow, my laptop got bricked, so I bought a windows key and installed windows 8.1 again. Now, when I try to insert a micro SD card extra storage, it doesn't recognize it, as if it's not there. If it did know it was there, that might be the cause of the SD card, but it doesn't e even show anything. When I enter my device manager, the Intel SD Host Controller appears to be okay.

Things I've tried:

Search for updates for the Intel SD Host Controller

Uninstall the driver

Re-install the driver

Search for people with the same problem

This is my last resort
