The question is, can I upgrade the 32Gb eMMC Hard Drive to a big one? Thanks.

Unfortunaterly no, eMMC means embedded Multi-Media Controller which is soldered to the motherboard, it is unreplaceable. Your machine should have SD (or microSD) card slot and you can add more space to that slot.
